All rooms in the villa are equipped with individual air conditioning for optimal comfort in every season.
The villa is located the top of a hill foot access to town and beach is steep and may be difficult for people in reduced health condition (in which case, a car is highly advisable).
Given this hill location, the size of the pool and the internal stairs, the house is not recommended for kids below 6 years old.

Access to Agios Stefanos beach and restaurants as well as Arillas beach and restaurant is 15 min by foot downhill ( and 25 min back uphill) or 5 minutes with a car
Arillas – Relaxed, authentic, and holistic. Long sandy beach, laid-back tavernas, and wellness spots. A favorite for peaceful holidays.
Agios Stefanos – Family-friendly beachside village.Golden sands, calm waters, and great food.
More over, 5 min by foot away from the villa you will find one of the most impressive point of view over the Ionian sea at the top of the cape between Arillas beach and Agios Stefanos beach.
Our villa is the perfect base to explore Northwest Corfu, a region known for its unspoiled nature and welcoming villages.
Porto Timoni – Twin bay paradise (15 min by car + hike).One of Corfu’s most stunning natural gems. Reachable by trail from Afionas or boat.
Cape Drastis – Dramatic white cliffs (20 min drive) Gorgeous photo spot and ideal for watching the sunset.
Canal d’Amour (Sidari) – Unique sandstone coves (25 min drive). Swim through the “Canal of Love” and explore Sidari’s shops and restaurants.

We had a great time staying there with our group of friends ! The house is fitted, near the beach and places for daily needs. We just had to enjoy our vacation ! The view is splendid as you can enjoy the sunset and see all the coast from the balcony. This place is perfect if you plan to come with a large group or a family ! We’ll be back for sure !
