SUNSETS AND LARGE POOL IN COMFY VILLA AVRA
Nestled in the middle of olive groves, on top of a hill with 180° views over the Ionian Sea and the Diapontian islands, our villa offers one of the largest private pools in the area (7m*10m) and incredible sunsets.
Fully equipped (4k smart TV, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, barbecue).
All bedrooms have their own air conditioning system
Direct access on foot (15 min downhill - 20 min uphill) to the beaches and restaurants of Arillas and Agios Stefanos Avliotes. 5 min by car
Private parking for 3 cars.
WHAT TO EXPECT
On the ground level you have access to a fully equipped kitchen ( oven, dish machine, nespresso coffe machine, large fridge and freezer) its own terrace, a living room with a 43 inch smart TV and its balcony overlooking the swimming pool, an ensuite double room with its own bathroom ( wc, shower and bath), and a independent wc.
On the first floor, you find 3 rooms and a bathroom plus a huge terrace over the sea and the swimming pool, offering the most comfortable way to enjoy the Ionian sunsets.
On the basement, direct access to the swimming pool area through a playing room with 2 sofa beds. The swimming area allows enough space for 10 sun beds and one hanging egg as well as a large dining room with a BBQ.
All rooms of the villa have their air conditioning system.
In front of the villa is a large private parking for 3 cars.
THE SURROUNDINGS
Access to Agios Stefanos beach and restaurants as well as Arillas beach and restaurant is 15 min by foot downhill ( and 25 min back uphill). 5 min by foot away from the villa you will find one of the most impressive point of view over the Ionian sea at the top of the cape between Arillas beach and Agios Stefanos beach.
The villa is located the top of a hill foot access to town and beach is steep and may be difficult for people in reduced health condition (in which case, a car is highly advisable).
Given this hill location, the size of the pool and the internal stairs, the house is not recommended for kids below 6 years old.

Très belle maison idéalement située, à deux pas de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. We had a great time staying there with our group of friends ! The house is fitted, near the beach and places for daily needs. We just had to enjoy our vacation ! The view is splendid as you can enjoy the sunset and see all the coast from the balcony. This place is perfect if you plan to come with a large group or a family ! We’ll be back for sure !
