On the ground level you have access to a fully equipped kitchen ( oven, dish machine, nespresso coffe machine, large fridge and freezer) its own terrace, a living room with a 4k 43 inch smart TV and its balcony overlooking the swimming pool, an ensuite double room with its own bathroom ( wc, shower and bath), and a independent wc. On the first floor, you find 3 rooms and a bathroom plus a huge terrace over the sea and the swimming pool, offering the most comfortable way to enjoy the Ionian sunsets. On the basement, direct access to the swimming pool area through a playing room with 2 sofa beds. The swimming area allows enough space for 10 sun beds and one hanging egg as well as a large dining room with a BBQ. All rooms of the villa have their air conditioning system. In front of the villa is a large private parking for 2 cars. Access to Agios Stefanos beach and restaurants as well as Arillas beach and restaurant is 15 min by foot downhill ( and 25 min back uphill). 5 min by foot away from the villa you will find one of the most impressive point of view over the Ionian sea at the top of the cape between Arillas beach and Agios Stefanos beach.
